Brian Smith is an experienced immigration attorney who focuses intensely on the needs of the client. Brian Smith understands that a client's immigration can often times be the most important move of their lives and he takes the process and his clients very seriously. In addition to immigration law, Mr. Smith has also represented numerous clients in business law, family law, international law and in commercial litigation cases. Prior to entering law school, Mr. Smith served in Operation Desert Storm and then received his undergraduate degree from St. Edward's University in Austin, Texas where he graduated with honors. While at St. Edward's, he served as an editor of the University's newspaper and founded a box distribution company. After graduating from St. Edward's, he attended law school at South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas and graduated in 2001.

Mr. Smith has considerable experience in international law and in international affairs. He has language skills in German, Chinese and in Russian.
